1. The use of the website by our client's or anyone shall be deemed acceptance of and agreement to these terms only.
2. The Website has been established to allow our client's and everyone to book our services and to purchase any of our online product. Also for people to create a membership and to view each profile and comment on each other post and on our blog.
3. Any profile created showing political or illegal material would not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Lampfitsport.com will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of Our Client's and all members secure but will not be liable for unauthorized access to the information provided by anyone.
5. The client's and members warrant that their e-mail and other contact addresses are valid and up to date when using the Website.
6. Members agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that they have no authority to use.
7. Lampfitsport.com Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions, and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also give your consent to the manner in which we may handle your personal data as detailed in that Policy.
8. The management reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification.
9. These Terms will be subject to India Law and the jurisdiction of India Courts
10. All fees made are not transferable to another member and are not refundable.
Pocket Budget Membership
If you are registering for the Basic Membership, the name, email, address, mobile number, health details and other information you provide in the form will be captured. The name will only be used to identify you by your bearing name while the email, mobile number and address are only used to contact you and to locate you for the training you required from us. As your date of birth and health details will only be used to know your health status before we give any training to you in order to avoid any damage or injury to your health. Your occupation is for us to know the training that will be suiting the nature of work you do. Your details will never be used for marketing purposes, and it will never be sold to third parties.
The information you provide in payment page is governed by our third-party payment gateway, you can kindly check their privacy policy to know how they use your data and information provided.
There will not be any refund of missed class for this membership type

The trainer will not wait beyond the fixed training timings for any reason if the member he/she is late for the training
Standard Membership
This membership type is for those who are interested in fitness but don't have much time to make it a daily routine, but can sacrifice few days and time out of their busy days to meet their fitness goal at the long run.
This membership type can be accommodated by 1 to 3 people at a time. And you can only register for maximum 16 sessions in a month.
There are 3 Packs in this membership type
Personal Pack (1 person):- This is a pack where you experience your training personally.
Micro Pack (2 people):- This is a pack for those who love a buddy/partner with them during training.
Mini Pack (3 people):- This is a suiting pack for friends who can't enjoy workout without their friends.
BENEFITS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP TYPE:
You will get 15% off on personal pack and 20% off on other packs. Only if you are registering or renewing for 3 months
The trainer will not wait beyond the fixed training timings for any reason if the member he/she is late for the training.
You will get one free general checkup in a month. *(presently not applicable).
You will get refund of missed classes post your next membership renewal (not by cash & for friends not for individual)
You will get some surprise goodies applicable from the company.
Premium Membership
This membership type is for those who are lovers of fitness and need to meet their fitness goal in shorter period of time.
This membership type can be accommodated by 1 to 3 people at a time. You can only register for 20 sessions in a month.
There are 3 packages in this membership type
Personal Pack (1 person):- This is a pack where you experience your training personally.
Micro Pack (2 people):- This is a pack for those who love a buddy/partner with them during training.
Mini Pack (3 people):- This is a suiting pack for friends who can't enjoy workout without their friends.
BENEFITS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP TYPE:
15% off on Personal Pack and 20% off on Micro & Mini Packs only for 3 months
20% off on Personal Pack and 25% off on Micro & Mini Packs only for 6 months
25% off on Personal Pack and 35% off on Micro & Mini Packs only for 9 months
30% off on Personal Pack and 45% off on Micro & Mini Packs only for 12 months
The trainer will not wait beyond the fixed training timings for any reason if the member he/she is late for the training.
You will get two free general checkup in a month. (Any one of your family member staying with you are eligible for this checkup. e.g father, mother or blood siblings). Note Not applicable at present.
You will get refund of missed classes for your next membership renewal. Note - not by cash and refund not applicable for individual in a group.

Gold Membership
This membership type is for those who are fitness freak and need to meet their fitness goal as soon as possible.
This membership type can be accommodated by 1 to 3 people at a time. You can only register for 24 sessions in a month.
There are 3 packages in this membership type
Personal Pack (1 person):- this is a pack where you experience your training personally.
2 Friends Pack (2 people):- this is a pack for those who love a buddy/partner with them during training.
3 Friends Pack (3 people):- This is a suiting pack for friends who can't enjoy workout without their friends.
4 Friends Pack (4 people):- This is a suiting pack for 4 friends who are ready to journey together in the realm of fitness
BENEFITS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP TYPE:
You will get 15% off on personal pack and 20% off on friends pack only if you register for 3 months
You will get 20% off on personal pack and 25% off on friends pack only if you register for 6 months
You will get 25% off on personal pack and 35% off on friends pack only if you register for 9 months
You will get 30% off on personal pack and 45% off on friends pack only if you register for 12 months
The trainer will not wait beyond the fixed training timings for any reason if the member he/she is late for the training.

Group Membership
This membership type is for those who don't like to be alone while doing any activities and wish to achieve their fitness goals with a lot of fun with friends.
This membership type can be accommodated by more than 4 people at a time. And you can only register for maximum 12 to 20 sessions in a month. Only one package in this membership (Group Package)
BENEFITS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP TYPE:
You will have a lot of fun during your workout with your friends.
The classes will be scheduled according to your free timings.
The trainer will not wait beyond the fixed training timings for any reason if any of the members are late for the training.
We will plan a lot of fun, challenging and outdoor activities with your group.
You will not get refund or retake of any missed classes if individual, but for everyone it will be considered
Family Membership
This membership type is a suitable type for couples and 2 - 4 members of the family to enjoy and have fun together in an healthy life. It helps the couples and family to save more money, to be united during exercising and to encourage each other during the training.
This membership type can be accommodated by only 2 to 4 people at a time. You can register for 12 to 20 sessions.
There are 4 pack in this membership type
Couples pack (2 people):- this is a pack for husband and wife.
2 Family Member Pack (2 people) - This is a pack for either brother and sister or any 2 members of the family.
3 Family Member Pack (3 people) - This is a pack where 3 members of the family experience the fun together.
4 Family Member Pack (4 people) - This is a pack where 4 members of the family experience the training together.
BENEFITS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP TYPE:
This help some couples who doesn't have time to spend together in fun due to daily busy schedules.
It helps families to have fun together in an healthy life
It keeps each member of the family happy and motivated having their siblings or couples working out together.
Some goodies from the company during the time of registration.
The training have to be taking together at once, any member missing the class will not be retaking.
Elderlyfit Memberhship
This membership type is a suitable type for old ones either individual, couples, in-laws or friends who need to enjoy and have fun in their old age to keep fit and healthy. It helps the old ones to save more money from going to hospital or buying different drugs to be healthy.
This membership type can be accommodated by 1 to 10 people at a time. You can register for only 12 sessions.
There are 3 pack in this membership type
Personal Pack (1 person):- this is a pack for Individual person.
Couples Pack (2 people):- this is a pack for husband and wife.
Friends Pack (3+ people) - This is a pack for either brothers, sisters, in-laws or friends.
BENEFITS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP TYPE:
This help the old ones to be health conscious.
It helps the old ones and prevent them from different kind of diseases, like: arthritis, varicose vein, knee problem etc
It keeps the old ones energetic and live long.
Makes the old ones to live healthy life and involve in health activities than damaging their health through: just being indoor sitting idle, drinking alcohol and smoking.
Corporate Membership
This membership type is for small and big companies/organization. Any of these organization that requires fitness training, regular daily training, workshop, health care/program annual camping, fun health related activities and more for their pupils/staffs
This membership type can be accommodated by any larger number of people at a time.
BENEFITS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP TYPE:
You will be charged based on your expectation to suit your budget.
Any number of trainer required to suit your occasion or program will be provided to the organization at the needed time.
There will be a lot of activities planned with your organization to suit your program and make the pupils/staff feel good and happy with a very fun and enjoying activities.
This membership is on contract basis, based on the requirement of the company/organization
