Shipping
Free shipping is only available for all orders where the delivery address is within 10 kms from our nearest located offices. For all other orders, the delivery charges will apply extra and will need to be paid additionally. You will be notified on such additional charges prior to processing the order for shipment.
To Be Eligible For Return Of Product Purchase
The product should be packed the same way it is delivered to you
The receipt or any proof should be available
No refund of cash
Refund claim should be made same day of received if found defective.
If not satisfied with the product received, it can be return for repurchase or for exchange of another product.
Product Returns Process
If you purchase a product and found defective or not pleased, We recommend contacting us immediately, through our contact page. Within 2 - 4 hours of receipt/ received of the product(s). We will arrange the reverse pickup for the product and then issue a new product to the customer. You also agree and acknowledge that all replacement requests are subject to availability of stock.
Once we receive the claim, we will immediately notify you on the status of your returns after checking the response provided.
If your return is approved, immediately after we receive the product from you. We will initiate a replacement within 5-10 business/working days, depending on your location and availability of the new product.
To Be Eligible For Service Packs Refund,
You should have receipt or proof of purchase
Claim should be made a week before the month or pack ends
Your attendance should be provided as you have taking the training.
Service Refund Process
If you are buying any pack in our services. Once payment is done, it is not refundable. We issue refund for some packs (check your packs benefits). We do not refund back by cash, but will be deducted from your next membership renewal fees, or we finish your pending classes if you are not continuing with us.
Once we receive the claim, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after checking the response provided.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit within 5-10 business/working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Cancelling Your Membership
If you are cancelling your membership, there will not be refund after payment is done. If you are cancelling for a genuine reason, there will be an inconvenient charge applied, of 20% of the amount paid. (Not applicable for Pocket Budget Membership)
